Debra Bustos has been hired as Director of Real Estate.

In this position, Bustos will manage all phases of project development, including financing, land purchase and/or partnership, project concept and development, and community management.

Bustos brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate finance, development, and property management, as well as non-profit organizational management. Most recently, she was community relations officer at JP Morgan Chase in Denver where she oversaw the bank’s philanthropic efforts and community initiatives.

Before joining Chase, Bustos was responsible for neighborhood revitalization and affordable housing development at organizations, including Northglenn Neighborhood Development Corporation, Urban Peak Housing Corporation, and Rocky Mountain Mutual Housing Association.
