A generous donation from Gary-Williams Energy Corporation, 25th & Stout abuts Agape Church and is two blocks away from the 25th & Welton light rail station in a burgeoning Downtown Denver neighborhood. Although its highest and best use has yet to be determined, whether it is sold to acquire a more significant community asset or developed into one itself, 25th & Stout will ultimately benefit the community.
