Urban Land Conservancy (ULC), in partnership with St. Andrews Church, bought two, 12,500 square foot parking lots at the 2000 block of Glenarm, one block from the transit stop at Welton and Broadway.  ULC and St. Andrews envision mixed use redevelopments that will have a large component of affordable housing.
