11th Avenue TOD

ULC originally acquired the properties that comprise 11th Avenue TOD in 2011 and held this property in a long-term land lease with an affordable-housing developer, which purchased the site in 2024. The site is located just east of Sheridan Boulevard and close to the Sheridan Light Rail Station on RTD’s W Line.
