Anna Mercurio

Anna works closely with the senior vice president of real estate to provide leadership and oversight of the real estate team, including program and project management.

Relevant and recent experience: Before joining ULC, Anna worked in civil engineering and split her time between managing projects and operations. She has extensive experience in regulatory permitting, survey and GIS projects, as well as financial and project reporting, team and client relationship-building, and process implementation and improvement. Anna has also served as a special-district administrator and paralegal, working on land development projects and handling the statutory requirements of metropolitan districts in the greater Denver area. 

She has a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University, a paralegal certification, and is a certified project management professional. 

In her free time: Anna enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her partner and dogs.
