Rick Woodruff

As a senior fellow, Rick’s primary focus is to bring his operational experience and teaching background to help all ULC team members excel in their roles.

Rick has more than 40 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, and is the former chief financial officer for ULC. In addition to his real estate background, Rick spent more than 20 years as an adjunct professor at the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder, teaching courses in real estate to graduate and undergraduate students.

Rick spends his time reading and watching sports, especially hockey. Rick is also an avid international traveler who is always looking to see new birds. He currently has a “lifer list” of the 4,200 birds he has seen worldwide, and he hopes to grow that list to 5,000 by the end of 2026.
