WHY IT MATTERS

A Line Flats

A Line Flats is the next phase of affordable housing development at the Park Hill Village West master site near the 40th & Colorado Station on RTD’s A-Line. Developed by Elmington Capital, the community will deliver approximately 190 affordable homes in northeast Denver. Future phases of the site may include additional housing and open space informed by ongoing community engagement. A Line Flats will also be situated along the future 303 ArtWay Heritage Trail.
