ULC Remembers Our Founder Sam Gary

Most of us are probably unaware of the many ways that Sam Gary has touched our lives. The community leader and philanthropist passed away at his home with his family on November 16 at the age of 94. There are, arguably, very few people who did more for Colorado than him.

New Legacy Charter School is one of those special places Coloradans should feel lucky to have in their home state. Employing a unique approach to education, New Legacy provides support to pregnant and parenting high school eligible students, both male and female, and their children, age 0-5.

Partner Spotlight of the Month: Housing Colorado

Earlier in October, Housing Colorado successfully shifted their largest annual conference to a virtual event. Dr. Tiffany Manuel, PhD, opened the 2020 Housing Colorado Conference as the keynote speaker and said, “This is a moment to go big and have transformational work in the affordable housing industry.”
