Dahlia Apartments

Dahlia has six buildings with a total of 36 two-bedroom affordable apartments, and serves more than 100 residents of Northeast Park Hill. It is located directly across from WellPower’s new Dahlia Campus for Health & Well-Being, a mental-wellbeing and fresh-food resource. ULC acquired the Dahlia Apartments in 2009 after it was foreclosed upon in 2008. The foreclosure qualified the property for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program. This property was the first to use financing through the Denver TOD Fund.
