In historic Centennial Hall on the Mosaic Community Campus in Denver, @st.elizabethsschool leads the way in developing students’ intelligence and character through its social justice education program.

St. Elizabeth’s teacher Brian Jackson explains, “In our social justice program here at St. E’s, our foundational piece is exercising and developing the skill of listening to understand, as opposed to listening to respond.”

Today we’re thinking of Dr. King’s legacy and his message about education and character. Our community’s future is bright with strong educators and students like those at St. E’s and beyond.

Empowering lives through culinary training at Mosaic Community Campus  @workoptionsco is transforming lives by providing free culinary skills training, support services, life skills classes, job search support – and the confidence to overcome barriers to long-term employment.  Located in a ULC building at the Mosaic Community Campus at Montview and Quebec streets, Work Options prepares students for meaningful careers in the food service industry, creating opportunities for growth and self-sufficiency.  This #thanksgiving🦃 week, we’re proud to highlight the Helping Hen Café at the Mosaic campus, and other impactful food-focused programs from Work Options. We love how they’ve turned once-empty commercial kitchens into mission-aligned facilities that support the community.
