Aaron Hurlburt

Aaron provides project support for the real estate team’s acquisition, disposition and development activities.

Before joining ULC, Aaron worked in state and local government as a management analyst, records technician and contract administrator. His professional interests include records management and historical research. In past roles, he has served at the Colorado State Land Board and the office of the Denver Clerk and Recorder. He has a master’s of public administration from Drake University.

Aaron is also a graduate of the Colorado State University Extension’s Colorado Certified Gardener program, and raises a crop of pumpkins each year.
