Autumn Buehler

Autumn is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of Urban Land Conservancy’s properties, including facilities management and property management, while ensuring alignment with ULC’s mission.

Autumn’s background is in property and asset management. She has extensive experience in property management across the entire spectrum in both residential and commercial real estate. Autumn returned to Urban Land Conservancy in 2025 after spending four years as an asset manager at the Housing Stability Department (HOST) at the City and County of Denver, overseeing Denver’s affordable housing portfolio. Before that, she was a property manager at Urban Land Conservancy!

When she’s not working to preserve vibrant communities and affordable housing, you can likely find Autumn outside hiking with her puppy or enjoying all the city’s best art, music, and tacos.
