
Brook Folsom

Brook Folsom brings over two decades of operational and project management experience to his role as facilities and sustainability manager at ULC. With a strong background in implementing Toyota production systems and Kaizen methodologies, Brook has led teams of up to 40 staff in facility sustainability projects, emphasizing operational excellence and process improvement. His collaborative leadership in reducing carbon footprints earned him the Energize Denver award in 2022 for promoting energy efficiency and environmental consciousness.
Brook holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Argosy University and studied civil engineering at Tarrant County College. He is currently completing a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity via Southern New Hampshire University. Licensed in real estate since 1996, Brook combines his diverse expertise to manage ULC’s property portfolio and advance sustainability initiatives.
