Diana Arroyo

Diana provides support to ULC’s leadership team and is the liaison to ULC’s board of directors. 

After a career in hospitality and school nutrition, Diana was inspired by community meal distribution during the pandemic. She has a background in volunteer work and fundraising, is a Johnson & Wales University alum, and recently transitioned from California to Colorado. She aims to positively impact the nonprofit sector in this new chapter in her life.

Diana enjoys teaching her kiddos baking and cooking, and hiking with her dog.
