Erin McMillin

Real Estate Development Manager

Erin is responsible for project management, due diligence, reports, dashboards, and analyses of ULC’s work in acquisition, disposition, and development. Most recently, she served as ULC’s director of assets, managing the properties and assets of ULC’s commercial, land lease and affordable housing portfolios.

Erin joined ULC in October 2019 as a graduate school intern in the real estate department. In January 2020, she joined the assets team full time as a property manager. As a licensed real estate broker since 2017 and a lifelong community organizer and volunteer, Erin is passionate about combating systemic barriers and righting historic wrongs in real estate, and giving historically excluded groups access to housing — a basic human right. Erin is an artist, and has also worked as the president and executive director of the Denver Handmade Alliance.

When she is not working, you can find Erin cooking, at a community meeting, making art or walking around the La Alma neighborhood.
