Sarah Harman

Sarah leads ULC’s real estate team in the acquisition, entitlement and development of portfolio properties.  

Sarah has a long history in affordable housing spanning statewide policy, community advocacy and sustainable construction. She founded a real estate brokerage that became an early leader and consultant in Colorado’s workforce housing covenants in urban and rural communities. Between stints at ULC, Sarah spent six years as executive director of strategic initiatives at the Metropolitan State University of Denver. There, she directed programs to develop and support the university’s culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Sarah enjoys traveling to meet, interview and be inspired by community innovators worldwide. For a decade, she performed and recorded with the Bennie L. Williams Spiritual Voices and Sankofa, helping to preserve the complex musical legacy of the spirituals. Sarah is completing a doctorate in elections and civic conversation.
