11th Avenue TOD

ULC originally acquired the properties that comprise 11th Avenue TOD in 2011 and held this property in a long-term land lease with its developer, The Morrison Group. The Morrison Group purchased the site in 2024. This one-acre site will bring 40 affordable and market-rate, for-sale condos to the Villa Park neighborhood. The site is located just east of Sheridan Boulevard and close to the Sheridan Light Rail Station on RTD’s W Line.
