Cole Train

Cole Train was once a vacant portion of the Tramway Nonprofit Center block. Its unstable structure made it unfit for use, and ULC demolished it. ULC plans to redevelop this portion of the site to create affordable multifamily housing in response to expressed community needs, adjacent to the Tramway Nonprofit Center.
