Cole Train

Cole Train is an affordable apartment development planned for a vacant portion of the Tramway Nonprofit Center block. ULC and its partner Medici Communities plan to redevelop this vacant portion of the site to create permanently affordable homes in response to expressed community needs, adjacent to the Tramway Nonprofit Center. The homes will be available to households earning 30%-60% of area median income.
