Creekside Flats

Creekside Flats is a transit-oriented development (TOD) at the Sheridan light rail station under development by Archway Communities. This project brings to fruition the long awaited redevelopment of the former Jody Apartments. Creekside Flats will be a mixed income, family-focused community that features 150 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. It will support households earning 30%-80% AMI. Creekside Flats will offer a trauma-informed community that supports the well-being of the whole resident.
