Meade Street Gardens / Re:Vision Campus

ULC is collaborating with local nonprofit Re:Vision to deliver affordable housing adjacent to Re:Vision’s RISE Westwood campus, where Re:Vision develops resident leaders, cultivates community food systems, and has catalyzed access to organic, nutritious produce. RISE Westwood is home to several Latino-owned small businesses and other nonprofits. ULC and Re:Vision have envisioned that the new housing development will complement these uses to form Meade Street Gardens, a place where residents will find opportunities to thrive in food, health, and economic abundance for generations to come. Since 2022, ULC has held the RISE Westwood campus in its community land trust, ensuring affordability and community-serving uses for 99 years or more.
