ULC Places

Since 2003, ULC has invested in more than 50 properties in the Denver metro area with a goal of delivering affordable residential and commercial real estate in communities most vulnerable to displacement.

With any investment, ULC strives to provide long-term or permanent benefits that meet the stated needs of the community. Examples include: full property ownership by ULC with low-cost leasing to nonprofits, a community land trust wherein ULC owns the land and a mission-minded organization owns the building, land banking for future affordable housing development, or covenants on a property that ensure rents remain affordable.
