Recognizing the unique needs of new or expanding organizations working in this space, ULC provides technical assistance for a small fee. Our support can include in-person consultation and tours of ULC’s portfolio, as well as foundational operational and transactional documents like sample bylaws, letter of intent, land leases and articles of incorporation.
